Welcome to a unique studio apartment located in a historic townhouse from 1928. This compact interior (16 m²) has been designed for maximum comfort and functionality. It features a unique style – the original, nearly 100-year-old exposed brick has been preserved on the wall, giving the space a distinctive, industrial loft character.
The apartment features a comfortable sleeping loft with a mattress ensuring a good night's sleep, as well as an additional double sofa bed in the living area.
The property is perfect for both tourists and remote workers. We offer high-speed fiber-optic internet (600 Mbps) and a Smart TV where you can easily log in to your Netflix or YouTube accounts.
Guests have access to a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a coffee maker, and an air fryer, allowing for the quick and convenient preparation of hot meals. The apartment also includes a washing machine and a spacious wardrobe.
For your convenience, we offer self check-in via a code, allowing for flexible arrival times.
