Great place
We loved the room . Very comfortable and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Location very convenient. And the 2 day stay special on the website gave us an unbeatable price. Highly recommended!
Front desk staff was awesome in helping me get an overheight parking spot!

Close to everything and Excellently priced
We stayed on the 5th floor with a mountainside view and it was lovely. The neighbours had young kids and the noise was a bit much at times (through the walls). The patio was small but worked out fine for the 2 of us. The front desk was always cheerful and willing to help in any way. The Lodge uses TELUS for their TV provider and the channel selection was Horrible. The room was really clean and we would defiantly go back there again. We recommend it to all our friends.

Solid room, #501 queen studio @ Cascade Lodge
You get exactly what you expect with this room. A comfy queen bed, average size bathroom, kitchenette which includes a dorm size fridge, two electric burners, dishwasher, and other basic kitchen stuff. The balcony had a nice view. The Cascade Lodge is in a great location in the village and it's easy to walk to the Whistler Gondola and/or all the restaurants, bars, shops. The outdoor pool and two outdoor hot tubs are also very nice.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff
Exactly what we needed for 2 nights. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked. Bathroom also had towels, soaps/shampoos and hairdryer.
Nice to have access to the pool and hot tub too. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a room to store bags after check out.

Cascade Lodge
Toilet leaked, thermostat batteries went out in the middle of the night & left us freezing, one of 5 lightbulbs in the room went out, stove never got hot enough to melt butter. Maintenance fixed the toilet & thermostat after calling the front desk.

Great hospitality, a little poor on the rooms itself
The receptionist was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Even after we checked out, we needed some assistance and she helped her best. As for the rooms, the lock in the bathroom wasn't working and the microwave buttons didn't all work but overall pretty clean place. If the parking price was included in the booking, it would be not so expensive as it came to be now. Definitely will consider coming back!
