About this property
Whistler - Glacier Lodge 203
Mountain vacations require mountain condos, and this one definitely delivers! Walk in and immediately take comfort in a combined dining room and lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen can handle full meals or light apres ski refreshments, and it's open enough that the chef isn't cut off from conversations with the rest of the group. Head out to the private balcony and enjoy a glass of wine in the sun in the summer months, or head up to the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, the highest lift in the world at 435 meters/1,427 feet that runs guests between Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Mountain. You'll have nearly 8,200 acres of ski runs and trails to explore during your stay. The cross-country skier will be able to enjoy over 130 km (80 miles) of trails at Lost Lake in the Winter. Of course, when it's time to relax after a long day on the mountain, enjoy a sandwich at Portobello or a drink at the Mallard Bar - both are within 500 meters (one-third of a mile) of the condo! Great spot, right on the main draft in Upper Village
Everything you need-- pool and hot tub in complex; liquor store in complex; shopette and great food across the street. Three blocks from Blackcomb gondola.
This unit is nice, basic, clean, useful and convenient. It's not fancy, and hasn't been recently remodeled, but meets all the basic needs for a family vacation.

Location is great - right next to Fairmont Chateau.
Property is very clean although basic/simple.
Parking is extra ($20/night) - it should have stated clearly in the booking as I search up - it vaguely indicated that it's free.
Bathroom has no fan/ventilation - literally the only complaint but it is worth noting.
Shower head is very low - fit well with people maybe shorter than 5'3".
I was on my own, so roomy for one person and well supplied with toaster, et al. Location was next to Fairmont where my conference was held - good. The room is tired - needs painting, carpet frayed and no ignition for the fireplace, plus chemical buil up on bathroom taps - just age. Ok

Overprice for the unit
Great location , very close to amenities and walking to ski lift. The unit itself is very dated ( not renovated) and very basic utilities. The sofa bed is so old , even kids don’t sleep well on the mattress that you feel every springs . It is a very old unit . But every unit at Glacier is privately own , so some units are in great shape and renovated as some others are not . This one is not . Overprice for the unit you get . Check out time is 10:00am and we couldn’t get a cart for checking out . With no help from anyone .

Great location and pool.
Amazing location near the gondola. Pool is nice also. Room is clean but quite dated. With the prices being so high these days would be nice to update the appliances etc. We enjoyed our stay.

A lovely place in Whistler
The property is well located next to Blackcomb ski lift and the room was spacious and well equipped with extra towels. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. The room was very warm, so I would say temperature control is a bit of an issue. We were able to contact the front desk for some issues and questions and they were helpful. We asked for a later check out and gave it without a problem, and when I checked out, it was just a link in a text message. It was super easy!

Sad and old
This unit has been in use for a long time with nothing put back into the unit since the begining. It just seems sad and well used.
I kept thinking for what you pay to stay ....... put some of it back into it !!! .
The weather was warm while we were there and it was very warm inside ! We didn't find the wobbling fan in the closet until the night before we left.
There was only one soap bar .Used up in 2 days and no other to be found . Like wise fore the kitchen . Nothing,
It felt like a low rent hotel room.
The only plus was the location.
We visited with our kids on the upper floor. The unit was very nice. Well kept and air-conditioned,
I don't normally write reviews but felt the owners need to know.

Little dated but clean and well kept
The pull out mattress was a little old, but the unit was clean and well maintained. A couple additional blankets and pillows would be helpful so that the heater didn’t need to be turned up as much. Some extra towels in the room would have also been nice.

spacious and clean
Large space, a bit outdated and worn, but clean. Bathroom is updated nicely. This particular unit overlooks the pool, and was a bit noisy and not private if you wanted the curtains open. Would be great if you had kids.

Clean but no frills
The unit was affordable but needs updating. It was no frills with hotel like furniture from the 90s and poorly laid out kitchen and light switches. There was a tiny TV in the main room and no TV in the bedroom. The tub in the bathroom was super high and was a trip hazard. It was OK for the price.

weekend in Jan
The room was in line with expectations, basic and clean, but ok. Only there was a strong food smell when we arrived, so we had to keep windows open for a couple of hours. Disappointing that pool was closed due to some safety issues (fence collapsed). Also one night we were without hot water, we were said the boiler was empty as shared with another room, not the best situation.

Perfect for My Needs!
I loved that the suite was large, full kitchen and perfectly clean. The suite was a bit dated but for the price it was a super deal. So, so quiet and I wish I had booked more than the 4 nights.
