When everyone gathers back at home base, enjoy a home-cooked meal, and reminisce about the fun that was had. Be sure to use the condo's free WiFi to share your favorite memories with friends back home! Sitting mere minutes from Blackcomb Gondola, this condo will be a skier's paradise with easy access to the wonderful trails of Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains! For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary city bus #5 that will bring you right to the base of each mountain, and back again. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on mountain trails.
Important Notice:
Please note there will be ongoing construction this Summer around the front entrance loop of the Aspens property, projects include: waterproofing and sewer line repairs, deck work & exterior painting. Noise and smells associated with the projects are to be expected and will affect the surrounding units. Window Cleaning of the exterior windows will be taking place around mid-July for one week.
Rental prices have been revised to reflect these projects.

Great location and nicely renovated

We have been to the Aspens several times and this time we really enjoyed the newly renovated unit. Even though it was on the first floor it backed onto the forest so location of the unit was great.

Fantastic stay

Place was very clean and check in was easy. 12 min walk to Whistler village. Bed was very comfortable. Condo is facing trees which is nice for privacy. The pool area was very clean and nice chairs and umbrellas. Would stay here again

Great place; as advertised. No big bells and whistles, no evidence of an owner, which can be good -not cluttered, etc- and also not good (no games, etc. However, there was a blu-ray player with blu ray movies)

In general I was pretty happy with our stay. The Vrbo listing was not as clear as the Vacasa info I received after booking, so I thought based on the listing that we would have an en suite washer/dryer. Instead there is a laundry facility in the lower level for about 5.50 CAD per load. The kitchen was a little dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. There also were no games as advertised. Parking was about 25 CAD per night. The unit was perfect for us otherwise, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Cable in both the living room and bedroom. We used the hot tub one evening, and it was great. I would probably book again but would know ahead of time what to expect as far as packing/extra costs.

Nice suite, esthetically pleasing. Right mattress very squeaky (think two singles are pushed together to make the king). Very firm overstuffed pillows. Otherwise great.

Great condo

Really nice little condo, only downside is the pull out mattress isn’t foam, and it’s uncomfortable. Cleaning could be done behind furniture etc. but it was very clean otherwise.

Lovely space!

Obviously re-done this summer, the space is absolutely lovely. Heated floors are SUCH a nice touch! The kitchen as well stocked and the space was very clean and very comfortable. LOVED IT. Our only issue had nothing to do with this particular unit, but all of them. There is only one style of pillow supplied, which is not something the owners supply, and they are very firm and very high. I had to use the extra comforter as a pillow as I did not think to bring my own pillow.

Updated but Needs a Thorough Deep Clean!

We love the Aspens location and appreciated that the owners have updated this 1st floor suite (as some in the building are not updated). However, it's in need of a very thorough deep clean. The bathroom had 'pink mold' (aka biofilm) building up in the shower (particularly in the soap nook, by the downspout, and along the tub rim). There were also dirty pots and pans in the drawers. If you're particular about cleanliness like we are, you may want to check out another suite. We ended up staying 2 nights out of the 3 we had booked. We would not book this suite again.
