With two tranquil bedroom areas featuring a loft room with large TV & king bed and a downstairs bedroom with an elevated twin bed, comfort is effortless. Add an open living room area with large TV, kitchen table, workspace and plenty of space to relax or work. A rainwater catchment system provides clean/clear water! A NEMA 1450 charger is available for your convenience and use ($15 per day/charging cord and/or cable not included).
20 minutes to Franklin, 30 minutes to Bryson & Cherokee, a 55 minute cruise to Asheville & proximity to numerous waterfalls, hiking destinations and outdoor getaways-adventure, food and fun await you.

*We provide a thoughtful starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, etc. For longer stays or additional needs, we recommend bringing extra items or picking up supplies locally.
*Home has security light facing the driveway, security camera on left side of property facing driveway and security camera on right side of property. A ring door bell is attached to screen door.
*Mandatory $25 fee for unbagged trash in outside can.
*Mandatory $25 fee if grill not cleaned after use.)
