Thank you for taking an interest in my home. My spacious home is centrally located in Nashville and accommodates 10+ guests comfortably. You are about an 8-10 minute Uber ride to downtown, midtown, 12 South and East. All the best spots.
I guarantee my guests the best possible experience. Bachelor/Bachellorette groups welcome. Large local gatherings or events are not allowed. Book my home for an amazing experience in Music City!

The space:

This modern home is a 2 story with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, with all hardwood flooring, 12' and 9' ceilings throughout and an open downstairs floor plan.

A spacious downstairs living area welcomes you with:

- Large comfy sectional sofa
- 55" Smart TV
- JBL bluetooth speaker
- Lots of room to relax and/or get ready for the night!

Prepare your eats and drinks on the kitchen's white marble 12 ft island with:

- Bar stools
- Microwave
- Stove/Oven
- Keurig coffee maker
- Toaster oven
- Dish washer.

The first floor also offers a rear bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and a full bath and shower.

Upstairs is your Master bedroom with a double sink vanity, large walk in shower, walk-in closet, separate toilet and a balcony deck. A queen bed and a sofa that unfolds into a king size sleeper.

A second bedroom sleeps 4 with a Queen size bunk bed, queen size air mattress, and a full bath and shower.

- Maytag Washer & Dryer
- Balcony with chairs for hanging out or drinking coffee in the morning sun

The Backyard:

- Hang out on the large back deck
- Gas grill
- Community table
- Patio chairs
- Private car lot (fits 2 cars)

You can travel hassle free, quickly and Uber cheap to all of Nashville’s most popular destinations and night life spots.

The home does have outside surveillance. Great for the guests and myself.

- On the weekends I have a FRIDAY/SATURDAY night minimum.
