The Space:

This brand-new 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and feels exceptionally bright and airy thanks to its open, unobstructed views over Sacher Park. The living area opens onto a private terrace with park views—perfect for morning coffee or a relaxed evening after exploring the city.



The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking, as well as comfortable seating and a clean, modern design throughout. The bedroom features two single beds placed together (ideal as one larger sleeping setup) and they can be separated into two single beds if needed. For added peace of mind, the apartment also includes a MAMAD (safe room).



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the apartment during their stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is located in a secure building with an elevator. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and all appliances are available for your use, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive.
