I recently moved to Cabarete from Ohio USA. My fiance is a DR native from Santo Domingo. We both love the Cabarete area and were looking for a slower paced life. We purchased this beautiful property in Dec 2025 and have been lovingly renovating it and bringing it to it’s full potential ever since.
Why they chose this property
We stayed in ProCab Cabarete in a VRBO home back in 2024 and loved the quiet neighborhood that is literally across the street from the beaches and all of the restaurants and bars and shopping. Our favorite grocery store is just outside the subdivision, everything is right there but here on the property it’s super quiet and peaceful. Best of both worlds!
What makes this property unique
This property is unique not only for it’s great design and layout of 5 villas surround a large pool, but mostly because it will be 100% maintained by the owners (us) at all times and anything that needs repair will receive it immediately! Another thing we love is even in hot DR, these villas with their open window design always have that lovely Caribbean breeze and the cana rooftops keep the villas nice and cool, usually only requiring fans to be comfortable.
