Please note that only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is located in an off-site lot directly behind the building. All vehicle details must be submitted prior to arrival so your car can be properly registered.

• A mandatory Guest Protection Waiver. The waiver is $25 per night (capped at $150) and covers up to $400 in accidental damages, giving you added peace of mind during your stay.

You may notice features that differ from brand-new construction — such as vintage-style hallways, older stairwells, minor cosmetic wear in common areas, or classic building materials. These elements are part of the building’s charm and history, not cleanliness or maintenance issues.

Our condo itself is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. If anything inside the unit is not up to standard, please let us know right away and we’ll resolve it quickly so your stay remains smooth and comfortable.

By booking, you acknowledge you are choosing to stay in a historic building, not a newly constructed property, and understand that normal age-related character in common areas does not qualify as a defect.
