Waiting for you at this charming 4-bedroom home are a king master bedroom with electric dual-control temperpedic bed, a walk-in closet, double vanity ensuite bath, and a private deck. TVs and celing fans in all rooms.

The home has an awesome coastal vibe, two custom-tiled showers, high-speed internet/wifi, cable TV, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of wine glasses, glassware, flatware, dishes, spices, and high end appliances - 6 burner wolf gas stove, expresso maker, toaster, microwave - central air, and an outside shower with hot water. Includes a separate laundry room, with full size washer and dryer,

Grounds are very nicely manicured. Plenty of parking on and off street. Lovely flat neighborhood for walking and biking. Two inviting living rooms, one up, one down, offer plenty of space to relax or gather with friends and family but the decks are where you will enjoy those summer nautical breezes and amazing sunsets! This serene retreat provides a perfect balance of comfort and style. Enjoy!

I have been coming to Cape May all of my life. My grandfather owned a house on the beach in Cape May. It passed to my mother, then me and my sister, and two more generations waiting. It's still in our family after 100 years this year!! Now I'm retiring, and I plan to live in Villas at 223 W Wilde! I absolutely fell in love with the house in 2025, and plan to rent for the summer months. It's a gem, and the perfect getaway!

Why they chose this property

We are right by the bay. I love sitting on the deck with coffee early in the morning, watching all the doggies and their humans go by. Whether massive or teensy, they all have something to say to me! Very peaceful and joyful daily dose of pawsitivity.
