From lake days to ski runs, only 10 minutes to the majestic Pinecrest Lake and Dodge Ridge ski resort. Minutes away from the majestic town of Twain Harte, breathtaking Ditch and Flumes, Lyons Dam, and many other secret trails and Creeks. On-site Lake, Playground, Basketball court, and Toboggan Hill for sledging in winter. All within the community.



You’ll find two decks designed to embrace the mountain views, an open upper deck perfect for soaking up the sunshine, and a covered lower deck where you can relax while feeling sheltered from the elements.



Downstairs, the lower-level game room offers hours of fun, featuring a 9-in-1 combo table with ping pong, foosball, basketball, and more, perfect for friendly competition after a day of adventure



Guests enjoy exclusive access to a private lake perfect for quiet reflection in summer, and Toboggan Hill, where winter brings the joy of sledding and laughter beneath snow-dusted trees. Beyond the gates, you’re minutes from some of the Sierra’s most breathtaking wonders, iconic bridges, scenic hikes, and misty forest trails. The cabin includes a curated guide highlighting these special spots, many of which were personally cherished by its famous former guest.

Other Things to Note:

Use of the wood-burning fireplace is available for a $50 daily fee. For safety, adults only may operate the fireplace. Please open the rear air vent to ensure proper oxygen flow, and plug in the fan to promote circulation.

-Cleaning instructions: At the end of stay, clean all dishes and surfaces. Place all waste in trash bags and dispose of them in the dumpster at the bottom of Ruth Lane. As you exit the cabin, it's the first right. We are on a septic tank, so please do not flush items down the toilets or pour grease down the sink drains after cooking. For any additional day visitors on-site, pre-approval is required, and there may be a $55 per-person fee.
