Wohnung in ruhiger Lage jedoch in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage ca. 2 km vom Strand und etwa 1,5 km von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche war fehlerhaft, was eine Überschwemmung des Badezimmers zur Folge hattte. Geputzt war nur oberflächlich. Die Möbel machen insgesamt einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Der Balkon war inkl. Möbel verwarlost. Unsere Reklamation bei Urlando bzgl. der Mängel wurde bearbeitet jedoch bzgl. der Dusche nicht abgestellt.

Wir haben 10 tage in der Grüntal Residenz Haus 3 Apt.4 gewohnt und es war einfach Super ob von der Reservierung die Wunderbar geklappt hat bis hin zur Schlüssel Übergabe .Wir haben nun das 10 mal in Grömitz Urlaub gemacht aber dies war bisher die schönste Ferienwohnung von allen und würden sie immer wieder nochmal Mieten Super,Super.Danke Fam:Hoff
