The bright, open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a cosy couch and an armchair. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed that can be separated from the rest of the space by sliding slatted doors. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment is rounded out by its own sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m). <br>A special highlight of the apartment is the furnished west-facing balcony, which allows for relaxing moments in the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.<br><br>The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.<br><br>The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The lower level also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.<br><br>Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street.
