The living area is complemented by a small, open kitchenette, a lovely dining area, and a cosy sofa area (with a pull-out bed)—the highlight is the unobstructed ocean view through the floor-to-ceiling windows!

Villa Meeresrauschen features a lockable bike storage room in the basement that’s available for shared use.

Your car has a permanently reserved parking spot on the property during your stay. The car park is equipped with a gate that can be opened at the push of a button or with your apartment key (for entering and exiting).

The clearance height for the underground garage is 2.00 metres!

Restaurant Ambrosia in Neustadt Holstein (Vorher reservieren!)
