• Pool heating is available for $50 per day, please notify us at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you would like the pool heated

• Pools are heated to approximately 84–86°F. Pool is not a hot tub; heating performance may vary in colder weather

• Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay (pool service, yard care, etc.)



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home via keypad entry.

You’re just minutes from shopping, dining, golf courses, and entertainment, while still enjoying a peaceful setting ideal for relaxing after a day out. The area is known for its wide streets, desert landscaping, and easy access to parks and walking paths, making it a great fit for families, snowbirds, and extended-stay guests alike.



You’ll be close to major destinations like Arrowhead Towne Center, Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, and several spring training facilities, along with everyday essentials such as grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Glendale and the greater Phoenix metro area. The home offers convenient driveway parking, and you’ll have quick access to major roadways including Loop 101, making it easy to reach downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and nearby attractions. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and most shopping, dining, and entertainment options are just a short drive away.

-AZ TPT License: 21493080

-Absolutely no parties allowed - grounds for termination. Only 8 guests are allowed at the house at all times, this includes daytime guests. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood and we want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors :)

-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.

-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Quiet hours per the City of Glendale are 10pm - 7AM.

-Guests must be 25 years of age to book, this includes the primary guest. The primary guest on the reservation must be on the property at all times - you cannot book on behalf of someone else.
