Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The host did not communicate well. Didn’t receive check in information and had to contact VRBO. The location was difficult to find and the pictures of the outside and neighborhood do not match. Also no hot water, couldn’t use the fans in the rooms because they were missing and when told the host they did not respond. The windows wouldn’t close all the way which meant mosquitos were getting in. Unfortunately wouldn’t use again.

Good morning, Zami. I’m very sorry for the bad experience you had at my place. I was out of the country during your stay, and my co-host was supposed to assist you. Unfortunately, he did not have the house ready or respond to your questions as he should have. The house does have hot water, but the heating system needs to be turned on; the switch is located next to the room. I also do not have exterior photos of the property, but the rooftop view photos accurately reflect the surroundings. Thank you for letting me know about the window—I will have it fixed.
