- We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this may be your vacation time, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.
- Please understand that there is NO lifeguard on duty while swimming.
- This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping in the home. There will be a $250 fine if any substance use has been used and extra cleaning services are needed.
- We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic, please respect that. If the pet is a service animal please feel free to share papers/documentation. If any signs of a pet were found upon departure and extra cleaning services are needed there will be a $250 charge added.
- We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.
- Should it be observed that there are additional guests above and beyond the listed limit for the home, guest will be charged an additional $50 per guest above the limit
- PLEASE NOTE: A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD WILL BE PLACED, FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY, ON YOUR CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE BOOKING. BY CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO THIS HOLD BEING PLACED.
