FEATURES & AMENITIES: Aspen East #338: Sunset Ridge is a one bedroom, one bathroom, top floor unit with 36 steps up from parking lot level. The stair climb is worth the clear view of Great North Mountain, SkyBryce Airport, and golf course! Beautiful sunsets over the ridge are served up nightly from on balcony. You'll love the short walk to the ski lift and Bryce Resort's facilities, as well as the condo community pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm).
Sunset Ridge was renovated in 2020. Aside from its amazing mountain views, other wow-factors include a built-in Murphy bed that disappears into the living room decor, massive stone wood-burning fireplace, a huge bedroom, washer/dryer, and renovated bathroom. The living room and bedroom both have excellent mountain views. Dining is bar seating for four at the galley-style kitchen bar. The bedroom has two queen beds and additional sleeping capacity is provided by the cleverly hidden living room full-size Murphy bed. This condo comfortably sleeps up to five or six, subject to the limitations of having only one bathroom. The living room features a substantial wood-burning stone fireplace, and comfy modern furnishings. The bedroom has a large wall-mounted Smart TV. A stacked full-size washer/dryer unit is located in the hallway between the kitchen and bathroom and can be accessed through the kitchen and bedroom.
Please review the listing photos carefully. This condo offers all the amenities and comforts of a new home in just 700 square feet.
The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker (basic k-cups provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, two kitchen dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.
