The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We appreciate if you could please tidy up before leaving and place comforters and pillows on bed, wash dishes and put on rack, take out the trash/recycling, and remove any food and your items.
Please return the Dewey Beach parking pass to the bottom drawer to the right of the oven. If the pass is not returned, there is a $350.00 replacement fee.
Before you leave, please lock the front door by turning the knob to the up vertical position, pull the door shut, and confirm it's locked. Please hit the run button on the thermostat, too
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Maximum of two cars. No loud vehicles or motorcycles. Bikes, toys, items stored on the side or porch. Towels/laundry shall not be dried outside.
-Quiet hours from 9 pm until 9 am. Residential community-loud music/noise not permitted.
-No grills or fires except for the propane grill provided.
-Sheets and towels are not typically provided unless previously agreed to by Owner.
-Posted condominium association rules and parking must be followed
