The holiday rental is located in the newly built section of the house and features modern furnishings. The bedroom (25 square metres) is furnished with a waterbed. The living room (36 square metres) serves as a light-filled oasis of retreat during the day. A special feature here is a piece of furniture that makes TV nights even more enjoyable—a 2 x 2-meter lounging area. There’s still plenty of room for the entertainment centre, the drum table, the corner couch, and a dining set. The apartment features its own phone line and a wall-mounted safe. Your luxurious bathroom is an oasis of pampering, complete with a bidet, toilet, shower, bathtub, hair dryer, and vanity. From the elegantly designed, gently curved vanity, you can gaze out the window at the greenery. The kitchen is a standout feature in glossy black. Four seats are arranged around the stove, which is designed as an island cooktop. You can stay seated on the comfortable leather chairs for breakfast and enjoy your fried egg straight from the stove. If you’d rather be treated to our heavenly breakfast, you can have it served to you in the breakfast room. Upon request, the holiday rental can also be booked for 4 people. A 50% advance payment may be charged after booking. Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot is available free of charge upon request. Meals: The light breakfast can be added directly at the time of booking or before arrival and includes: two rolls of your choice, jam/honey, butter, a breakfast egg, and tea and coffee as desired. However, you can also put together your very own, heavenly breakfast of your choice before your arrival. Please contact the host directly (additional charge depending on the items you choose). You can also book the following service with us: roll delivery service. This includes freshly baked rolls and pretzels. The drink fridge offers a selection of drinks that you can help yourself to at any time for a small fee. Other fees: Upon request, we also offer laundry and housekeeping services. Prices for these services are billed based on the amount of work involved. If the rooms or apartments are extremely dirty, a flat fee for the additional work will also be charged. Use of the wellness area can be booked before arrival, subject to availability. Use of the conference rooms is available only upon request and for an additional fee.
