The place was not clean and a lot of things broken. Sheets were not clean and had a bad ant problem in the house. The ants were everywhere in kitchen and got over everything.

I take cleanliness concerns seriously, and this does not match the condition of the home before check-in. My cleaners document the property with photos before each guest arrives, and the home was prepared and presented in clean condition prior to this stay. After checkout, I had the property inspected and found signs that food or other materials had been left behind in a way that likely attracted ants. Based on the condition documented before arrival, the findings after checkout, and the fact that no subsequent guests have reported similar issues, I do not believe this review fairly reflects the actual condition of the property. I believe the complaint was made to support a refund request rather than to accurately describe the stay.
