*Occupancy & Visitors*
* Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The number of occupants must match the reservation at all times.
* Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted.
* Third-party bookings are not allowed. The person who made the reservation must be present during the stay.

*No Parties or Events*
* Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
* Any violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a penalty fee of up to $1000.

*Noise & Quiet Hours*
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors.
* Repeated disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.

*Smoking Policy (Allowed with Restrictions)*
* Smoking is permitted inside the unit *with proper care and consideration*.
* Guests must ensure adequate ventilation at all times (e.g., open windows, use exhaust fans).
* Please avoid excessive smoke buildup and lingering odors.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited in *hallways, common areas, parking areas, and building premises*.
* A $250 fine will apply for smoking in prohibited areas or causing excessive odor that requires deep cleaning.

*Pets*
* Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
* Undisclosed pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet.
* Additional pet fees may apply where indicated.

*Check-In & Check-Out*
* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 11:00 AM
* Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour.
* Stays exceeding 2 hours past check-out will be charged the full daily base rate (without discounts).
* Late check-out does not guarantee extended use of the property for the rest of the day.

*Safety & Security*
* For safety purposes, common areas (such as hallways and entry points) are monitored 24/7.
* There are no cameras inside the unit.

*Liability*
* Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct during their stay.
* The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings.
* Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
* The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries.

*Right to Terminate Stay*
* The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation immediately without refund if any house rules are violated or if behavior is deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive.
* This includes unauthorized guests, suspected parties, misuse of the property, or actions that affect the safety and comfort of others.
