With a Primary Bedroom and en-suite Full Bath, plus 2nd Bedroom and hall Full Bath, this fully furnished end unit provides an open layout with Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room and Balcony. Amenities include Central Air Conditioning, heat, Wi-fi, 2 TVs (one is a Frame TV) and a dedicated parking spot plus guest parking.
Enjoy the heated pool and hot tub with access to a small private beach, plus access to the Club House and laundry room. 30 minutes from Tampa Airport, close to St. Pete Beach, Tierra Verde, Passa-A-Grille and St. Petersburg. Utilities included, no pets.
