Notre maison sur mer ... We love this house in the south of Brittany and are happy to share it with friends, families or groups.
The very spacious house is fully equipped and only a few steps from the sea. The sheltered garden allows you to spend the whole day outside. Beaches are within walking distance. Port Manech has a restaurant with sea views, a corner shop with fresh croissants, a bar, boat and bike hire and free tennis courts.
The house (200 m²) has a traditional lounge with fireplace and sea view, a conservatory facing the greenery, a terrace with seating, a modern fully equipped new kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 toilets, 5 bedrooms (3x with double bed 2m x 2m, 1x with 2 single beds 1m x 2m, 1x with 3 single beds 1m x 2m) - 3 of the 5 bedrooms have a sea view, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, storage room, luggage room and a large hallway.
The large and ingrown garden (1200 m², mostly not visible) has several separate areas (dining areas), is child-friendly, alternates sun and shade areas throughout the day and is equipped with garden furniture. A very large conservatory (approx. 40 m²) provides protection on rainy days.
