Holiday Home 12—our three stylishly furnished and fully equipped apartments are spread across two houses on a historic estate in the heart of the Palatinate Forest, bordering the German Wine Route.

Main House (Holiday Rental 1 and Holiday Rental 2 / 9–11 people) and
Annex (Holiday Rental 3 / 6–8 people)

All three holiday rentals are separate units with lockable entrances and their own outdoor areas featuring dining and grilling facilities.

Together, they offer a retreat for undisturbed relaxation, particularly for larger groups or families.

The property features a range of amenities available exclusively to our guests: a covered courtyard (outdoor dining area) with barbecue facilities, a gazebo in the front yard, sheltered sunbathing areas, and parking spaces right next to the house.

With excellent transport connections yet a quiet location, the house, the entire property, or one of the apartments is the ideal starting point for many worthwhile excursions. into “Germany’s Tuscany.”

Holiday Rental 1 (for 4–5 people / main house, ground floor / 70 sqm / colonial style)
The fully equipped kitchen features all major appliances (dishwasher, stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee and espresso machines, toaster, and microwave). Of course, there is dishware, silverware, glasses, and all necessary cooking utensils, as well as a dining area for 4 people. The adjoining bedroom, featuring a double bed, a spacious closet, and an in-room safe, has direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, a toilet, a washing machine, and a large mirrored cabinet. The 28 m² living room, with a view of the greenery, is dominated by a large corner leather couch facing the home theatre (a swivel 50-inch plasma TV with satellite reception and a DVD player). The living room also features the second double bed. In addition, there is a rustic dining area for 6 people, a bar cabinet with wine glasses, and the option to set up an extra bed for a 5th person. Holiday Rental 2 (for 5–65 people / Main House, Upper Floor / 75 sqm / Country-style)
Fully equipped kitchen-living room (with dishwasher, stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee and espresso machines, toaster, and microwave, as well as dishes, silverware, glasses, and all necessary cooking utensils). The large dining table in the kitchen-living room seats 6 people, and the bar cabinet contains elegant glasses for every occasion. The adjacent bathroom, featuring a toilet and a bathtub with a shower screen, is equipped with a washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms—Bedroom 1 is designed for 3 people and features a double bed as well as a large single bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a spacious closet. Both bedrooms are separate from each other and have access to the bathroom. The cosy living room, featuring a huge, comfortable couch, overlooks the home theatre (55-inch TV with satellite reception and a DVD player). Holiday Rental 3 (Loft for 6–8 people / Annex, ground floor + upper floor / 120 square metres / vintage style)
On the ground floor is the separate, romantic bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, finished in sandstone. There is also a bathroom with a sink, shower, and washing machine, as well as a separate bathroom with a second sink.
The fully equipped kitchen is located on the upper floor. It features all major appliances (dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee and espresso machines, toaster, and microwave), as well as all necessary cooking utensils. The large worktop offers enough space for brunch or a buffet. Of course, there is plenty of dishware, silverware, and glassware—even for larger groups. The room is dominated by handmade, solid wood furniture, and the central dining area features a table that seats more than 12 people.
In addition to the cosy TV corner with two single sofas—which can be used as extra beds if needed—there is also a sleeping alcove with a double bed and a single bed for three additional guests.
The loft is air-conditioned and maintained at a comfortable temperature by fully automatic pellet stoves, as well as infrared heaters in the bathroom and toilet.
