Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If on a longer stay, trash service comes Mondays and Thursdays.

Park only in the driveway.
Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it.
Strip all beds that were used. Just place bedding in middle of bed.
Take out all the trash to the can outside. Remove any food from pantry, fridge and freezer that you brought.
Place a load of towels in the washer and start it.
The TVs are set in guest mode. Enter your check out date to ensure your subscriptions are logged out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
