Das Haus liegt sehr gut, man kann von dort sehr viel unternehmen.

Lage top, Haus eher Flop

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist super, fußlĂ€ufig zum Meer und zum Freibad, BĂ€cker in der NĂ€he, prima. Das Ferienhaus selbst allerdings ist doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den Bildern wirkt das Haus sauber, neu und groß. TatsĂ€chlich ist es recht klein, abgenutzt und vor allem in den Ecken oder im Bad nicht sauber. Durch das Holz wirkt alles sehr dunkel, MĂŒckenfenster fehlen völlig. Die KĂŒche ist unterirdisch ausgestattet, fĂŒr sechs Personen sind sechs WeinglĂ€ser, sechs Stamperl, sechs SektglĂ€ser, sechs Bierhumpen, aber nur fĂŒnf SaftglĂ€ser und sogar nur vier Suppenlöffel. GeschirrspĂŒler existiert nicht, ist auch nicht beworben. Dennoch sei sein Fehlen hier nochmal erwĂ€hnt. WLAN haben nur die NachbarhĂ€user, Mobile Daten gibt es dort nicht, sehr Ă€rgerlich fĂŒr die Urlaubsplanung. Lediglich aufgrund der Lage ist das Haus zu empfehlen, bei der Ausstattung allerdings nur mit Abstrichen.

GemĂŒtlicher erholsamer Aufenthalt

Alles in Allem waren es ein paar schöne Tage in einer guten Unterkunft und damit weiter zu empfehlen! Lage sehr nah am KĂŒstenbereich (5 min zu Fuß) Unkompliziert und freundlich im Check in und Check out. KĂŒche funktional und sehr ausreichend bestĂŒckt. GroßzĂŒgiger Wohn- / Essbereich . Sehr schöne ruhige Terrasse, aber nicht abgezĂ€unt. Kamin und Grill waren vorhanden und funktionierten. Leider ist dort fast kein Handyempfang ( dafĂŒr kann natĂŒrlich der Gastgeber nichts) WĂŒnschenswert wĂ€re aber aus diesem Grund Internet / WLAN. Das fehlte uns wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes. aufgrund aktueller Situation: COVID 19 - Schnelltest sind dort an mehreren Stellen unkompliziert und ohne langes Warten bei Anreise und auch zwischendurch einfach möglich
