Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir bekamen direkt vom Vermieter einige Tipps zur Umgebung und Lokalitäten. Sehr zentral für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gelegen.Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt gerne kommen wir wieder.

Großartig und empfehlenswert

Ein wunderschönes, modernes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Neben der ruhigen Lage und den superguten Betten, ist ebenso die anliegende Autobahn perfekt. Das Parken ist direkt auf dem Grundstück des Hauses möglich. Mit dem PKW sind Lübeck Altstadt oder Timmendorfer Strand in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar. Wir verreisen seit vielen Jahren mit unserer Wohngruppe in verschiedene Ferienhäuser, im Vergleich ist dieses Ferienhaus zwar sehr kostspielig, hat aber alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Optimale Sauberkeit , Ausstattung und in jedem Zimmer geräumige Kleiderschränke. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen eingerichtet (obwohl die Schlafzimmer noch Platzkapazitäten für Aufbettung bieten würden). Die Online-Beschreibung war zu 100% stimmig und ohne böse Überraschungen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an Ingo für die kleine Rundfahrt zu den umliegenden Geschäften, Bäckereien und Spazierwegen. Die Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne ist großzügig überdacht und bietet große Tische und ausreichend Sitzplätze für mehr als 8 Personen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag jedoch ist der kleine Esstisch im Wohnbereich. Es wäre schön, wenn bei schlechtem Wetter oder auch in den kalten Jahreszeiten 8 Personen gemeinsam am Tisch sitzen können. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und ALLES GUTE, wünschen die Teenager und Pädagogen aus dem Mittelpunkt Deutschlands.

Modernes Haus mit vielen Extras

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Haustür, Zimmer und Bäder können per Chipkarte geöffnet werden. Überall gibt es Fussbodenheizung. Das Haus ist über üblichem Ferienwohnung-Standard ausgestattet: Küche: Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser sind in sehr großer Zahl vorhanden (auch Wein- und Sektgläser), viele "Sonder-Messer", Geschirrspüler-Tabs, Spülmittel, Seife, Folien, Backpapier, "Tupperdosen", viel Stauraum,..... Bad: Duschgel, Ersatz-Zahnbürste, großer Fön, Duschvorleger,.... Zimmer: große Schränke, viele Sitzmöbel, Fernseher, bequeme Matratzen, überall Rolladen, ....... Wohn-/Esszimmer: großes, bequemes Sofa, ausreichend großer Esstisch, Internet-Radio, Kamin-Ofen inkl. Anmachholz und Holzbriketts, ...... Obwohl die kleine Siedlung, in der das Haus steht, "mitten im Gewerbegebiet" liegt, was es super ruhig. Die Anbindung an die A1 ist perfekt. Das CITTI Einkaufszentrum liegt "auf der anderen Seite der Autobahn". Ein Backshop liegt 1,2 km entfernt. Wir haben uns als Freunde-Gruppe in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super tolles Haus!

Wir hatten das Glück in einem wirklich wunderschönen komplett neu sanierten Ferienhaus unsere Freizeit zu verbringen. Die Einrichtung war Topmodern und sehr geschmackvoll. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel innerhalb eines großen Industriegebietes. Die Innen- bzw. Altstadt Lübeck ist mit dem Auto in 10 min zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad ist es auch kein Problem, es gibt gut ausgebaute Radwege. Der Gastgeber ist sofort zur Stelle wenn Fragen aufkommen und wir fühlten uns in seiner Obhut sehr wohl. Wenn es klappt kommen wir sehr gerne wieder und wir können dieses Ferienhaus wirklich empfehlen.
