Your accommodation is located in the lake-rich Barnim district, with good transport connections to Berlin. The town of Melchow offers three guest rooms, each accommodating up to two people, at the “Lindengarten Tourist Meeting Centre.” The guest rooms are accessible via a staircase and are not wheelchair-accessible. The rooms are in a quiet location and are equipped with two single beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. A shared lounge and a communal kitchen are also available. There are also 3 conference and multipurpose rooms. An extra bed can be provided upon request. Many attractions are within an hour’s reach: the Eberswalde Zoo, Chorin Monastery, and Europe’s largest ship lift in Niederfinow. However, it takes a little over an hour to reach Berlin’s city centre, whether you’re heading to Alexanderplatz or the main train station. There are excellent train connections via the RE and a transfer to the Berlin S-Bahn.
Guest Room 2 is equipped with two single beds, a TV, and a seating area. An extra bed can be added, allowing the room to accommodate up to three people. The private bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A newly furnished shared kitchen is available to all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and other kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi is available.
