Claudia Laslie is the owner and creator of Berkshire Rental Properties, which since 2005, has specialized in both short and long-term rentals throughout the Southern Berkshires. Claudia's role is to act as liaison between renter and homeowner and to assist the owner in preparing their rental.
Claudia first fell in love with the area when she arrived in the Berkshires to study dance at Jacob's Pillow and perform in the Ted Shawn Theatre. After an international career as a Ford model, and commercial TV actress in Los Angeles, Claudia moved to Great Barrington with two young children in tow. Looking for extra income, she started renting out her own house— she'd deep clean it, top-to-bottom, pack the kids into their car seats, and open up her home. She noticed many other homes often sitting empty and soon found other! Berkshire Rental properties, founded in 2005, has come a long way since those days! The kids are grown and BRP has expanded to 30-plus listings, including real estate, and insurance integrations. Claudia loves to make good matches for both guests and buyer clients and to support Homeowners throughout rental process and sellers through an important transition.
Claudia Laslie is a fully licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, since 2008, and is represented by Lance Vermeulen Real Estate Inc.
Sarah Dixon is the office manager and is also a licensed real estate agent through Lance Vermeulen Real Estate Inc.
