Elegant, contemporary custom 2 story home. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, big landscaped gardens front and back, hardwood floors throughout, stunning kitchen, and much more. Sleeps 4 (up to 6 with futon and inflatable double bed). Clean, modern downstairs bedroom with a queen bed. Bathroom is just outside the door. Upstairs bedroom has a double bed, and another full bathroom adjacent. A futon in the living room folds down to a double bed.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a dining area that leads to the back deck… perfect for coffee in the morning sun and afternoon or evening barbecues. Front deck is perfect for watching the California sunset. Orange, tangerine trees and a pomegranate tree with tons of fruit in the winter and fall, free for the guests. Upright piano, acoustic guitar and bongos for your musical endeavors. Desk with speakers for your laptop. High Speed WIFI Internet Connection, Washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, filtered drinking water, and more!

San Francisco Bay Area's best kept secret... Benicia is a charming small town on the Carquinez Strait just off the San Francisco Bay. There is a wonderful variety of restaurants, bars, antique shops, and convenience stores within walking distance from the house. A farmer's market which takes place on First Street every Thursday afternoon, is walking distance. Benicia, once the capitol of California, is the perfect place from which you can explore so much of Northern California.

This is the best spot ever! The house is beautiful and oh so comfy. The plus is the backyard for the dogs which was one of the main selling points for this place, it allowed pets. The host Stephen was wonderful to communicate with just a pleasure! 5 stars

This property was a great place to call home while we were in town visiting family and friends! It was roomy, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed!!! The kitchen was roomy and was updated. There were plenty of places to hang out in the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Stef is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Benicia or the Bay Area. It was within walking distance to the quaint downtown area and the marina. We would love to stay there again.
