This beautiful chalet (semi-detached) is quiet yet centrally located. You will stay in the left wing, which has its own relaxation area with Finnish sauna. The interior with lots of wood and contemporary comfort makes you feel immediately welcome. From the spacious living room with open kitchen you have access to the garden with views over the Hohe Tauern National Park. On the balcony you can end the day in style with a cup of tea. Delicious!

Its location is perfect for both winter and summer enthusiasts. You will find no fewer than 8 ski resorts within 30 minutes' travel from the residence, including the snow-sure glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn. The nearest ski bus leaves as early as 400 metres from the chalet.

In summer, you'll find a swimming pool no more than a 1-minute walk away, and the Tauern Radweg starts right outside the door. Kaprun and Zell am See can be reached quickly and easily by bike. Furthermore, you will take the most beautiful walks in the surrounding mountains.
