Its location on Alexandrinenstraße offers a view of the town’s landmark, the “Teepott,” with the wide Warnemünde beach stretching out behind it. The small street, lined with charming captains’ houses, is set back one block from the bustling Alter Strom with its fishing boats, sightseeing steamers, shops, cafés, and seafood restaurants.
This traditional house combines the charm of Alexandrinenstraße with modern interior design and a cosy living atmosphere. The 100 square metres of living space are well-equipped and easy to maintain. There’s plenty of open space in the courtyard and on the rooftop terrace. The beach and the Baltic Sea are just 200 metres from the front door. Enjoy your holiday in our comfortable, cosily furnished holiday home “Maria,” situated on a small lot with an idyllic terrace in the inner courtyard and a rooftop terrace. The holiday home is approximately 100 square metres in size, designed for 2 to 4 people, and features a large living room with a wood-burning stove (firewood not provided), a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with a sauna (please bring your own sauna towels) on the ground floor. The attic level features two bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with a TV, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Amenities: Cable TV, radio/CD/DVD/free Wi-Fi, kitchen with coffee maker, oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house.

The initial supply for the house includes one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).


The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged when booking with a dog.
