Sehr laut, fliegt direkt an einer extrem befahrenen Straße, zudem Souterrain, was den Lärmpegel noch erhöht. Die Wohnung ist sehr unsauber, grob gereinigt, alle Ecken, Fenster, neben dem Kleiderschrank oder der Couch ist es extrem dreckig. Das Dusche um Bad hat weder einen Duschvorhang, noch eine Türe, so dass das Bad nach jedem Duschen schwimmt (extreme Unfallgefahr) und die Möbel aufquillen lässt.Im Schlafzimmer kommt einem ein Schimmelgeruch entgegen. Die Fassade vom außen ist nass und lässt es so kräftig blühen. Eigebtlich eine Zumutung so etwas überhaupt noch als Gästewohnung anzubieten.Das Fenster in der Küche lässt sich nur schwer öffnen, da extrem zugebaut. Generell lassen sich alle Fenster nur geringfügig öffnen, da ein Stopper festmontiert wurde, was natürlich die Schimmelbildung nur begünstigt.Gut war der relativ kurze Weg zum Strand

Schöne FeWo mit Abstrichen

Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt aber mit Abstrichen. Kleine Kritikpunkte sind der weite Fußweg von der FeWo zum Auto Parkgarage zu weit weg mit kleinem Kind schwierig obwohl hinterm Haus leere Parkplätze vorhanden gewesen sind. Laute Straßenkreuzung vorm Haus (Auto sowie Fussgängerbetrieb)man kann nicht in Ruhe draußen Frühstücken. Komplizierte Bedienbarkeit der beiden Fernseher (kaum Sender vorhanden zum schauen) Fernseher im Schlafzimmer meldete immer kein CI Modul vorhanden und vorne stand immer keine Programme eingestellt. Wir Erwachsene kommen mal ohne TV aus aber mit kleinem Kind ist das etwas schwierig.

Große saubere Ferienwohnung mit Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber, allerdings sind vor allem die Küchengeräte in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung ist Souterrain und war sehr warm, als wir dort ankamen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnhaus in fußläufiger Lage zum Strand. Der zu der Wohnung gehörende Stellplatz ist leider ca 1 km weg, sodass wir trotz bezahltem Stellplatz stets Gebühren für einen näher liegenden Parkplatz bezahlen mussten. Das war der einzige wirklich negative Punkt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Ein Spät-Check-In war gegen Gebühr kein Problem.

Ferienwohnung Boje

Sehr großzügig geschnittene Wohnung,modern eingerichtet u alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Einziges Mango,da die Aussentemperatur nicht höher als 18 Grad war ,ist es in der Wohnung kalt gewesen,da die Heizung ausgestellt war u sie ging auch nicht zu regulieren
