Additionally, the Lake Country area provides numerous lakes and golf courses nearby. The property offers plenty of space within its classic ranch-style Mid-century modern themed layout. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level, plus a finished lower level. This home has been newly furnished (everything brand new) except for the basement sofa, which will be replaced shortly as a new Crate & Barrel sofa has been ordered. The surrounding area is home to dozens of lakes and golf courses including Nagawicka Lake, Pewaukee Lake, Upper & Lower Nemahbin, and many more. Some of Wisconsin's best hiking can be found at Lapham Peak, a unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest Unit, which lies just two miles south of the property. The Lapham Peak Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest was formed 10,000 years ago when a glacier covered much of Wisconsin. Lapham Peak's glaciated topography provides excellent hiking, backpacking, and cross-country skiing. There is a 45-foot observation tower atop the highest point in Waukesha County (1,233 feet above sea level). Cleanliness is as important to us as it is to our guests.
