Welcome to our home in the heart of Tisbury, within easy walking distance to downtown Vineyard Haven and the beach. Set on a spacious one-acre property, there’s room to relax both inside and out. Walk to downtown Vineyard Haven or to Tashmoo Beach, dine al fresco on the large deck, or unwind in the four-person spa. With six bedrooms, four baths, two living rooms, and multiple dining areas, it’s an ideal summer retreat.
The home spans one and a half levels with a walkout lower level and is filled with bright natural light throughout. The upper level offers two bedrooms and an open-concept main space with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a smart TV. It also includes one full bath, one half bath, an outdoor shower, laundry room, and a sunroom overlooking the backyard with seating for 8+.
The lower level features four additional bedrooms, a second living/media room, one full bath, one half bath, a mini fridge, laundry, and a home gym complete with an infrared sauna, Peloton bike, and free weights.
