We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.

*This home is pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs, with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $400, plus tax.

*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA and community fines.

*Access to the Watersound Beach Club is not included.

*Watersound does not allow golf cart rentals from outside vendors.
