In summer, the region invites you to hike or cycle in the nearby Dolomites or on the famous Seiser Alm and Seceda. In winter, you can explore many great ski areas. Besides Seiser Alm and Seceda, the Sellaronda ski area with modern lifts is 40 minutes by car (22 km) or can be reached directly on skis from Seceda. The area also offers fantastic cross-country trails and toboggan runs. South Tyrol’s beautiful capital, Bolzano, is 45 minutes by car or 40 km southwest of St. Ulrich.
