The Space:

This two-story home features a main-floor bedroom with its own full bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room create a welcoming space for everyone to gather.



Upstairs you will find four additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a second living area, and the spacious master suite with a king four-poster bed, tufted sofa, armoire, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity.



The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. A Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and four-slot toaster are all provided along with a complete set of cookware and utensils.



Every room has its own flat-screen Smart Roku TV — seven in total. Stream Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more from any room in the house.



The private backyard features a putting green, covered patio with outdoor seating, and a charcoal grill.

Guests have full access to the entire home including all five bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, two living rooms, laundry room with full-size Samsung washer and dryer, two-car garage, and the private backyard with putting green and covered patio. You are roughly 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, T-Mobile Arena, Allegiant Stadium, the Las Vegas Convention Center, and Fremont Street. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping are all within a short drive.



Getting Around:

The property is located in Southwest Las Vegas with easy access to the I-215 and I-15 freeways. The Las Vegas Strip is approximately 15 minutes by car. Harry Reid International Airport is about 20 minutes away. A two-car garage and driveway provide ample parking. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Please note this is a smoke-free property — no smoking is allowed indoors. The home is located in a gated community so you will receive gate access information prior to arrival. A pack-and-play crib is available upon request. Luggage racks and extra linens are provided in the closets. The washer, dryer, and laundry detergent are available for guest use on the upper floor.
