We are sorry about the building construction you encountered. The workers are doing work on the entire Four Paddle building and are not associated with Captain Cook Resorts. We do have a building renovation notice on our website so all guests have this information to consider when making a reservation choice. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are glad that you accepted our discounts as compensation. Even though Hawaii is a tropical climate in which insects are common, all of our rentals are treated for pest control. In the future, please notify your property manager immediately to resolve any issues that may arise during your stay. We hope you will consider us for future vacation rental plans.
