Close to everything in Waikiki. It’s easy to walk to different restaurants and shopping venues. Communication was easy and no issues during our stay.

Our family spent 4 nights in Honolulu and enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was clean. The included parking was nice.

Comfortable and clean in a great location, walking distance to ask the shops on Kuhio St and Kalakaua Ave. And fantastic views from the 24th floor. Everything required for the beach include in the apartment which was a bonus. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Jane and Mario.

Great location

I am so glad I chose this location to celebrate my birthday. The golf course and canal on one side and the ocean viewable on the other side. I slept with the window open to get the ocean breeze and got up to see the sunrise over Diamond Head. Jane gave clear easy instructions for check-in/check out. I would love to stay there again as the condo is a perfect, safe location to restaurants, the beach and supermarkets.

Oahu vacation

Great place to stay for our family of three. Great central location for all the things we wanted to do. Host was great and accommodating. Provided beach gear was an added bonus. Washer/dryer was large capacity, not the typical standard size you usually find in rentals. Water for shower didn’t get as warm as we are use to, but it’s Hawaii not central Illinois. 😁

Excellent Condo for 4 Adults

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was the perfect size for 4 friends on vacation. All beds were very comfortable, including the futon couch in the front room. The kitchen was fully stocked, the room was very clean and the in-room washer and dryer was a huge plus. The condo is centerally located with a food market, bar & resturants at the end of the block and around the corner. The beach is only 3 blocks away and a quick walk. Communication with the owner was fantastic and easy. We'd gladly stay again!

Smaller than appeared but comfortable, No dinner table but island for 4. Lots of construction to be started on roof top with pool,, hot tub, bathrooms, hallway carpets, 3 very clean BBQ's on roof and very clean building in general

Perfect Location and Parking a Plus

The condo was a great fit for our family. Having 2 twin beds in the second bedroom was perfect. This location is great, you can walk to so much. We did have a rental car for things outside the city that we had planned. So thankful that the condo came with a parking spot in a parking garage. We didn't have to worry about our car or finding a spot. Everything was great and we would stay at this condo again!

Comfortable stay in heart of Waikiki

Jane's condo was exactly as described/pictured. It had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and free parking (a big win in this area!). The building itself feels secure despite being in the popular neighborhood of a big city. There's a nice rooftop pool (although we didn't use it). The location can't be beat- just a short walk away from the beach and main dining/shopping streets. Lastly, Jane was a great host and very easy to reach. Overall, highly recommend!

Best vacation ever!

We had the best time staying at Jane's condo! The place was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy dinner on the rooftop and days at the beach (boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs) with our family of five. Every night when we prepared dinner on the grill, our girls had fun swimming in the pool. The view of Honolulu and the ocean and Diamond Head from the rooftop are spectacular! We didn't even rent a car as the location is perfect. We just walked to the beach, swam in the pool and shopped at the International Market. It was simple, fun and relaxing! Definitely want to come back every year if at all possible!

Fairway villa waikiki

Very clean property. A little smaller than we thought but comfortable for 4 adults. A suggestion would be to have a foam pad available to push twin beds together. Other very small suggestions..travel bars of soap, shampoo and dishwasher soap. Things we didnt think of or forgot to bring. Jane responded very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with..beach towels and chairs was a nice surprise. Thank you will recommend for sure.

Great condo for a family of 4

We stayed at this condo with 2 teens and 2 adults. Having 2 twin beds on the second bedroom plus 2 bathrooms was very helpful. The bathrooms are small, but functional. Many other condos had only one bathroom, sofa beds in the living room instead of a second bedroom, or both. The internet was flaky once in a while, but not bad. The shower in the owners suite had warm water, but we wish it had been a warmer. The shower head in the owners suite also needs to be repaired or replaced, but it was functional.

Great apartment but a few issues

Apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed. However i had a couple of issues. To access the apartment you need to contact the owner when you arrive. When we called they didn't answer and it was late at night. I had advised them 2 weeks earlier of our arrival time. Fortunately the building security let us in (he probably isn't meant to do this) and if he hadn't let us in i am not sure we would have been able to access the apartment that night. The second issue is the lifts. Only 1 of the 3 was working for for most of the time you couldn't call the lift to the lobby and you had to just wait until someone else came down. Residents of the building said this is a long term issue and sometimes no lifts are working.

Lots of stuff within walking distance but our location had reserved parking in parking garage. Used car to go to Pearl Harbor and places further out. Washer and dryer in unit. 2 full baths, was perfect amount of space for 3-4 adults. Had the best hosts Jane and Mario. If come back again will stay with them again.

Lovely condo with views of ocean and canal. Roof top pool with grills. Condo clean and as described. Window a/c units in three rooms. Access to balcony from two rooms. Laundry right in kitchen area. Pool/beach stuff for use in closets. Host was very helpful in answering all questions quickly.

I am a retired nurse who grew up in Honolulu. After graduating from UH, and getting married, I moved to the mainland. I have lived in Mexico and Texas over 30 years and after retiring, came back to Hawaii to be near my family.

Why they chose this property

This is a comfortable unit on the 24th floor. We have totally renovated the place.
Open kitchen to the living room with sliding glass doors to the balcony where you can view the Ala Wai Canal and golf course. Large counter divides the kitchen and living room. All new appliances with fully equipped kitchen.
The first bedroom has two twin beds, small table with chairs and sliding glass doors to the balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, and bathroom with closet with linens and towels. The other bathroom is in the hallway across from the first bedroom.
The living room has a large screen TV, a double size sofa bed and a coffee table.
You can go to the 29th floor and enjoy the panoramic view of the city, swimming in the pool, or relax in the sauna. You can enjoy BBQ with the family here too!
