Playa La Ropa Brand new Villa with 7-minute walk to the beach
7-minute walk to La Ropa beach. This is a brand new private gated community that my wife and I recently purchased. We have a full kitchen with formal dining for 6 people and a stunning balcony overlooking Zihuatanejo Bay. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is a community pool for the quests. This complex has 24-hour security and is a gated community of 20 Villas. This is a brand new listing, so we don't have reviews yet. We can provide references: our realtor, our developer, or local neighbors in our Complex.
