CASA ACONCHEGANTE, ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO.

-Localização excelente, ótima acomodação, muito aconchegante, os enfeites são lindos (lembranças de muitos locais ao redor do mundo). -A limpeza é impecável , tudo muito bem arrumado, 95 % de utensílios de cozinha (excelente). -Tudo que nos foi prometido superaram nossas expectativas. -Recomendo a locação. Agradeço a Maria da Luz por sua ótima estadia.

Casa perfeita, passei o carnaval 2017 com a minha família, não podíamos ter escolhido melhor, casa muito bem montada, conforto, limpeza, arejada, a área externa muito boa, pudemos fazer churrasco tranquilamente apesar da chuva, pois a área é coberta, com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Estive com minha família neste lugar perfeito na primeira semana de janeiro de 2017! A casa é idêntica ao que está anunciado, mas pessoalmente é muito mais linda! É confortável, segura, muito bem cuidada, limpa, organizada, tem uma linda decoração e atendeu a todas necessidades da minha família!! O ambiente da casa tem um clima super gostoso! Fomos muito bem recebidos, a proprietária é muito atenciosa e foi receptiva em todos os contatos realizados. A localização é perfeita, pois dá acesso às melhores praias e restaurantes da cidade. Com certeza indico o local e desejo voltar outras vezes!! Muita obrigada Maria da Luz!!!

Fui super bem recepcionado, quanto ao conforto sem explicação e com boa segura, me surpreendeu com varias praias lindas bem perto, a noite tem vários restaurantes bem inacessíveis e bom para caminhar com segurança.

Estive com minha família durante o feriado de carnaval (2016). Fiquei impressionado com a casa: grande, bem decorada, confortável, equipada e limpa. Fica localizada numa área próxima aos principais pontos de Ubatuba (centrinho, shopping, restaurantes, bares, aquário e praias). Perfeita relação custo x benefícios. Recomendo!!!!

I AM A REGULAR TRAVELER TO BRAZIL AND HAVE FOUND A PARADISE IN UBATUBA, STAYING AT THIS WONDERFUL HOME. THE ACCOMMODATIONS WERE TERRIFIC. THE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL IN A ZEN, TRANQUIL SETTING, PROVIDED FOR BY THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY. ONLY A COUPLE OF SHORT BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH AND ALL THAT THE TOWN HAS TO OFFER. MY MORNING WALKS ALONG THE BEACH WERE BREATH TAKING AND SERENE. THE PICTURES OF THE HOUSE ARE ABSOLUTELY ACCURATE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOUSE WHEN VISITING UBATUBA.AND CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK.

Ferias de Janeiro

Local muito além das expectativas !!!

Estive com minha esposa e meus três filhos nesta casa em Ubatuba e ficamos encantados com a estrutura e o conforto .Índico este local que está super bem localizado, com fácil acesso às melhores praias de Ubatuba.Uma casa com uma decoração impecável e muito conforto é o local ideal para passar as férias. Índico e pretendo voltar com certeza.
