This inviting retreat features a spacious yard with plenty of room to park multiple vehicles, as well as space for a trailer and boat. Relax on the side patio with outdoor seating, dining area, and barbecue grill, or unwind on the quaint front porch complete with a porch swing and cozy seating. Enjoy easy walking, biking, access to local shops and restaurants or if you prefer you can rent a golf cart to get around. The home is also just a short 10-15 minute drive to Oak Island and Caswell Beach.
