Beautiful, historical working farm, 3 storeys, from the 19th century, renovated in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Hohe 5.3 km from the centre of Hehlen, 5 km from the centre of Bodenwerder, in a quiet position, 400 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: large garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: fitness room (extra). Storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises, single garage (extra) at the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Hohe" 20 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Welterbe Corvey 33 km, Porzellanmanufaktur Fürstenberg 40 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Humboldtsee 28 km. Garden seating area (200 m2) and the second terrace (9 m2) are available for shared use (both terraces are not visible to each other). Finnish steam tub (available 01.04.-30.11.) for shared use.

Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and bar. 2 showers/WC. Top floor: (spiral staircase) open, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 160 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. Parquet floors. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Schöne Wohnung, WLAN verbesserungswürdig

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, und groß. Spielplatz ist vorhanden. Leider hat man im Dachgeschoss kaum Wlan, dies müsste man verbessern, da der Handy Empfang auch kaum vorhanden ist.

Sehr entspannt …

Wer RUHE, ENTSPANNUNG und mal eine andere ART VON WOHNEN sucht , ist bei dieser Ferienwohnung genau richtig. Die Landschaft und Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist halt LAND … Da darf es auch mal riechen ! :-) In der Wohnung direkt könnte das ein oder andere noch ausgebessert und besser umgesetzt werden. Teilweise noch echt BAUSTELLE …und Küchenutensilien sind MANGELWARE !!! Aber im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert!!!

Schöne Wohnung, aber mit vielen Mängeln

Die Wohnung ist schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Leider waren viele Renovierungsarbeiten nicht gut umgesetzt. In der Küche gibt es nur sehr wenig Kochuntensilien und der Gartengrill war verdreckt, wurde aber nochmal vom wirklich netten Vermieter gereinigt. Es gibt eine schöne Rainshower-Dusche, aber es konnte nur der normale Duschkopf verwendet werden, da es keine Duschkabine gibt. Der Bad-Boden wurde völlig nass. Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig, genau wie eines der gemieteten Handtücher.
