This is a bright and spacious apartment located right next to Duisburg Central Station. From there, both Düsseldorf Central Station and Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) are just a 10-minute ride away by public transport. You’ll be right at one of the best-connected transport hubs in the entire Ruhr region.

The apartment has been recently renovated and features three fully furnished rooms. It comfortably accommodates five people and offers an unobstructed view of the green backyard from the balcony.

In addition to being within walking distance of Duisburg Central Station, which is directly across from the apartment, Duisburg’s city centre—including its shopping street and numerous restaurants and cafés—is also easily accessible.

Sehr bahnhofsnah

Haus liegt an einer lauten Straße von einer Seite und ständigen Bahnhofsansagen auf der anderen Seite. Fenster sind jedoch gut isoliert, sodass man kaum etwas hört, wenn die Fenster zu sind. Für heiße Sommertage jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Ausstattung der Wohnung gut, viel Platz. Restaurants in der Nähe, Bahnhof keine 2min entfernt

Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Gut eingerichtete, große Wohnung mit großem Esstisch; für Bahnfahrer ideal gelegen; eines der Betten mit sehr weicher, durchgelegener Matratze; bei geöffnetem Fenster zur Straße hin laut.

Gute Ferienwohnung

Gute und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sehr zentral was aber auch heißt kaum Parkplätze und wenn dann immer nur für 1 1/2 Std. Und halt auch lauter. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im oberen Stockwerk, man sollte fit sein. Ansonsten Gute Betten und alles da was man braucht.
