Bon rapport qualité/ prix
Petit mas confortable dans Résidence tranquille à env 1km500 du Port, du début de la plage et du centre ville. Cuisine et salle de bain joliment rénovées. Petites surfaces mais logement fonctionnel. Le jardinet est très appréciable.
