Host cancelled 3 days before our stay: we booked this resort several months in advance. Since it was a holiday weekend. Unfortunately when they cancelled the price were three times as high and what they were if you booked way in advance costing us thousands of dollars more to stay. There are plenty of other host that one! Stay far away from this host. No communication just cancelled 3 days before which also caused issues with getting your returned in a timely manner. Still waiting and we have already returned from our trip staying with a different host. As far as the Emerald Grande is concerned, we enjoyed the resort and its convenience to the Harbor walk.

During check-in we were not notified that all of the patio doors were wired shut do to exterior maintenance. During our last day 4/21 there was 6 maintenance men on both patios grinding out caulk around the patio doors all day. Once again no notifications. This was by far our worst experience with VRBO and Wyndham resorts.
