Accommodating 2–6 guests, the over 140 square metres of living space—plus spacious balconies facing south or west—offer sweeping views of the mountains of Upper Bavaria.
The surrounding meadows and mountains cater to guests of all ages and can be easily explored on foot or by hiking. The nearby lakes are a special highlight that’s hard to beat when the meadows are in full bloom.
A wide variety of sports activities are available in both summer and winter. The Isartal high valley is considered a paradise for cyclists and mountain bikers. The cross-country ski trail starts right outside the front door. The sledding hill next to the house is a special treat for children.

Covered parking spaces at the house ensure your car’s safety. Electric cars and e-bikes can be charged at the installed wall box for a fee.
Free Wi-Fi access is, of course, available. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances.
