About the host
Hosted by Scott Watson
We are Scott and Tara — a family of six from Baton Rouge, Louisiana with four kids, a deep love for the Alabama Gulf Coast, and a belief that the best vacations happen when every detail is taken care of before you walk through the door. That belief is what built Endless Summers Co., and it drives every decision we make as hosts in Orange Beach, Alabama.
Our story did not start with a business plan. It started the way most great love stories start — accidentally and completely. We brought our four kids to the Alabama Gulf Coast and something happened that happens to a lot of families who find this stretch of sugar-white sand and emerald water for the first time. We did not want to leave. We have watched Orange Beach grow into the magnificent beach destination it is today — and loved every moment of that journey. The slow mornings on the balcony. The sound of the waves. Watching your kids run into the water without a care in the world. The Gulf of Mexico has a way of doing that to people.
Orange Beach got into our blood and we did what any reasonable family from Baton Rouge would do. We bought a condo. Then we bought another one. Coastal Comfort OB at Phoenix VI and Island Pass OB at Phoenix VII became our family's home away from home — and eventually the foundation of Endless Summers Co. We started hosting because we wanted other families to feel exactly what we felt the first time we walked onto that balcony and saw the Gulf stretching out in front of us. We wanted kids to race to claim their bunk. We wanted parents to pour a cup of coffee and finally breathe.
We are not a property management company. We are parents of four who love Orange Beach and care deeply whether your vacation was the best one your family has ever taken. Over 80 five-star reviews across both properties. Every single one. Not one exception.
We cannot wait to host your family next.

Why they chose this property
Orange Beach, Alabama is not just a neighborhood — it is a way of life that gets under your skin the moment you arrive and never really lets go. We chose Orange Beach because there is simply nowhere else on the Gulf Coast quite like it.
This stretch of the Alabama Gulf Coast sits perfectly between the laid-back charm of a small beach town and the world-class amenities of a destination that has grown into something truly magnificent. We have watched that growth happen in real time — from a quiet Gulf Coast hideaway into one of the most sought-after beach destinations in the entire Southeast. What Orange Beach has become is nothing short of remarkable, and what makes it special is that it has never lost the soul that drew us here in the first place.
The scene here is exactly what a Gulf Coast vacation should feel like. Sugar-white sand that squeaks under your feet. Emerald green water that shifts color with the light throughout the day. Dolphins cruising the shoreline close enough to spot from your balcony with a cup of coffee in hand. Pelicans gliding low over the Gulf in the early morning. Breathtaking sunsets that stop every conversation on the beach every single evening without fail. This is the backdrop of everyday life in Orange Beach, Alabama — and it never gets old.
What we enjoy most is how Orange Beach gives every type of traveler exactly what they came for. Families find one of the safest and most welcoming beach environments on the entire Gulf Coast. Fishing crews find world-class charters departing daily for red snapper, flounder, and trophy catches in the Gulf of Mexico. Food lovers find fresh Gulf seafood at restaurants that have been feeding locals and visitors for generations. And anyone who simply needs to exhale finds exactly the right place to do it here.
The Flora-Bama is minutes away. The Wharf is down the road. The water is right outside your door. Orange Beach chose us first — and we have never looked back.

What makes this property unique
Island Pass OB does not stand out because of one thing. It stands out because of every single thing — the sum of hundreds of decisions made by two parents from Baton Rouge, Louisiana who have stayed in enough vacation rentals to know exactly what is missing from most of them and refused to accept that standard at either of their Orange Beach properties.
Most condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast give you four walls, a beach view, and a key code. Island Pass OB gives you a fully remodeled, beautifully designed Gulf-view condo at Phoenix VII in Orange Beach, Alabama with a king master suite featuring an en suite walk-in shower, a comfortable queen bedroom, and the bunk room that families cannot stop talking about — two sets of bunk beds with trundles that sleep six guests, designed specifically for the kind of beach trip where kids are supposed to feel like kids and parents are supposed to finally exhale.
The kitchen is stocked the way your own kitchen is stocked — not with the bare minimum, but with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, air fryer, blender, Crock-Pot, countertop ice maker producing 26 pounds of ice per day, every piece of cookware and bakeware you need, and every pantry staple you forgot to pack. Pre-arrival grocery stocking means you can arrive to a full refrigerator and start your Orange Beach vacation the moment you walk through the door.
Every drawer is labeled. Every closet is organized. HEPA air filters run throughout the entire condo. Beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and beach toys are ready to go. The balcony faces the Gulf of Mexico. Dolphins appear most mornings without being asked.
But what truly sets Island Pass OB apart cannot be photographed or listed as an amenity. It is Scott and Tara — two people who respond in minutes, who genuinely care, and who have earned over 80 five-star reviews across both Orange Beach vacation rentals without a single exception.
That is what makes Island Pass OB different. That is what makes it yours.
